Program Notes

The artistry of the band Snarky Puppy meets the massiveness of the trombone choir for the first time ever, with an arrangement of Michael League’s Lingus set for twelve trombones and rhythm section. This arrangement is accessible to jazz and classical players alike, with chances to take solos as well as full flushed out parts for a full trombone choir. Rhythm section parts are highly recommended and every trombone part demands a certain amount of finesse within Lingus.
