I wrote this piece in 2020 as a gift to the JMU Wind Symphony and my mentor Dr. Stephen Bolstad. JMU is in Harrisonburg Virginia, which is also known as “The Friendly City.” The piece is orchestrated for full wind ensemble brass, two percussion and timpani.
